At Rising Adventure, we are dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Utah. Our professionals have been providing services for people with disabilities for 40+ years in the Ogden, Utah area. We are committed to supporting our residents in their journey towards independence, personal growth, and a meaningful life. We offer a variety of activities to include work placement opportunities. Our interdisciplinary team works in unison to ensure all programs and goals are unique, to best meet the individual needs of our residents.

Services & Support

  1. Residential Care: Our homes provide a comfortable and supportive living environment where residents have access to 24/7 care and supervision. We offer personalized support to assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, medication management and monitoring, meal planning, and household tasks.
  2. Professional Nursing Services: Our team of licensed professionals help with medication management and monitoring. We have RN’s, LPN’s, and Direct Support Professionals available 24/7 to help manage and improve the lives of our residents’ nursing needs.
  3. Individualized Care Plans: We recognize that every resident has unique needs and goals. We develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the residents and their families, focusing on their specific strengths, abilities, and aspirations.
  4. Life Skills Development: We provide comprehensive life skills training and support to enhance independence and self-sufficiency. Our residents receive guidance in areas such as personal care, cooking, budgeting, time management, and social skills development.
  5. Recreational and Social Activities: We believe in the importance of social integration and community engagement. We offer a range of recreational activities, outings, and opportunities for residents to connect with others, develop friendships, and participate in community events.
  6. Therapeutic Services: We collaborate with qualified professionals of your choice to offer a range of therapeutic services tailored to the individual needs of our residents.
  7. Respite Care: Our homes offer temporary relief to primary caregivers or family members who care for individuals with intellectual disabilities. We aim to give caregivers a break from their caregiving duties and provide support and supervision for the individual in a safe and structured environment that feels like home.
